Bellavitano Merlot

A Sartori-family original, the Bellavitano cheese is inspired by traditional, Italian farmstead cheese. Soaked in Merlot to add notes of berry and plum, this cheese has also a wonderful texture given to it by the naturally forming crystals in the aging process. Crunchy while also maintaining a rich and creamy mouthfeel, this cheese is a beautiful addition to any platter.
