Mushroom Truffle Pâté

A must-have for truffle lovers, this is a perfect complement to pasta, risotto, pizza or soup and contains no preservatives. Prepared in small batches, using nearly artisanal methods, by a small army of cooks!

Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), porcinis (Boletus edulis) 70% extra-virgin olive oil, black olives, black truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, spices, salt, balsamic vinegar, natural white truffle aroma, citric acid.
